I warmup with pullups
Then
- T bar rows heavy
- Barbell rows (Dorian Yates style at 30-45 degree angle) - 2 sets overhand 2 sets underhand
- a hammer strength machine, any type really
- dumbbell rows heavy
- seated cable rows
This routine developed the back in my avatar
