Make sure you hit those tris hard - do both DB French press & incline skulls then CG bench(or do this first imho) and end with dips weighted if possible!! Your true will widen and grow brother

    Chest and bis

Was gonna be legs but my partner for legs is coming tomorrow! Plus I didn't want to do chest after legs - did. It once and was weak as hell on chest lol

    -- Smith Incline press
Pyramided up 8-12 reps up to 275 then jumped up to 305(6+ a forced rep) then dropped back down 275/225/185 - felt good and strong

    -- incline hammer strength press
    Warmed up 2plates
    Jumped to 3 & quarter for 6 dropped to 3plates(6ish) x2 - 2& quarter x2 6 - 8reps - one w/2plates aside for 8-10

-- incline DB flys - was smoked by these
    70s slow and controlled x2 dropped to 60s x2

    -- flat DB flys
2w Drop(used same weight again for second drop)

-- Cables low to mid/high hitting upper and sides

    -- CG cable curls
    2w DD 8-15 rep range

-- EZ bar WG curls 8-15 rep range
    2w 15/10-12 DD 6-8 on drops

    - rev curls
    2w 10-12+ DD 9/6

    -- Hammers
    2w 10/8

Felt great good w/o - 45-50min lil slower but still fast paced

Sweet man... I know that feeling, too!!!

I love var pumps especially arms.... That's where I've always ran var at 75-100mgs/day thinking of getting some drol for this lil recomp cut(I'm trying to stay above 195 this go) but woukdnt be mad if I stayed around 198ish either we'll see Ima try for at least 8% and go lower if possible without pulling water etc either idk tho lol / will have to start cardio too!

I'll be posting more pics... and I encourage you all to share your thoughts as well as post up yours as well!

Lets talk about cycles... what's your favorite cycle? What's the compound youd mostly likely to run along side your test... do you prefer high test or low test with this compound or does it change with Tren or NPP/Deca ? And what if any orals would compliment your cycle for the goals you have?

    I'll start with I prefer
    - Test - 750 - 1g if bulking or cutting(I'd drop it moreso and drop it all together if competing to get the water out etc) -- if running short and Long esters(prop and E/or C - Id keep prop around 350-500 and E or C at 500.... this has been working well and I'll drop the prop after my Tren ace is complete and bump up E or C and bump up Tren E I'd needed...
    - I like both Tren ace though I'm running E and frontloading Ace for a bit(4-6wks) then letting the E do its work on the tail end
    - I also love NPP and winny together / strength gains go thru the roof with the addition of winny
    - anadrol or winny are my go to orals(or injectables now) I'd much rather have it in injectable form...

    Please share...

Had some glorious lighting in my living room today.. thought id share me posing to capitalise on the lighting
    Down 7lbs from the comp.

Even harder to destroy hit workouts when your weight is going down but im enjoying it.

    Shoulders tonight. Cant wait.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

Oh those runs are few and far inbetween. I have a love hate relationship with tren . I love tren and hate that it tries to kill me. She is a dangerous lover. Never turn your back on her or think she won't hurt you. 3 days in the hospital taught me that the hard way.

I got a really great trail run in for cardio today. I'm digging my new gym and area. Got some complements today at the new gym by some locals. I'm liking everyone's log and such. Seeing everyone kick ass is very motivating. I stop on and read logs before I work out to get pumped up.

Really was a awesome lower leg/ankle workout. My calves and shins were toast after. I think that needs to be the next step in my rehab.

Hey there guys! Happy Sunday! Nailed a good chest workout today. Really working on perfecting my form with lower weights. Went higher reps. Felt good! I will push on most stuff. It will work on little tweaks.

Talk about the chronic pain. How do you cope? Can it be done without using narcotics? I know there is many variables and each person will have their own opinion. But what say you?
