Hello ! Help me
Hello, i need some advice, 3 years ago i was at 110 kg , now i have 85 kg and i think i hit the plateau, what can i do to go under 80 kg ? please help, i dont know what to do more, 20 min of cardio i see doesnt help me, i go to gym 2 days on 1 days off because of my job..
I have a good diet, i eat from 3 to 3 hours, drinking water, i dontt know where is the problem

you dont need to drop more weight bro!
start working out with weights. eat more protein and build up muscle.
you look great no need to get super slim just start wrking out and eat more protein

i dont have a fixed diet, i eat from 3 to 3 hours, 3 fixed meal based on protein, and 2 snaks based on fruits

How old are you ? Start weight training, get some meat on that bod, drop the cardio and build some muscle

i dont know the quantity, meat its equal with a palm this is how i measure
Yes i work with weights, i will start in two days a new diet, a new style of life, i will do cardio 30 to 40 min/day with weight training, the diet will be based on meat and vegetable

What are your actual goals? add 10# muscle? bf% at 10, bb'ing? get in good shape etc

get your self a scale. its pretty cheap and start measuring how much meat you are taking depend on your diet

Today i will go to a nutritionist to take some advice and tomorrow i will start till i lose 5-7 kg, i will try to do cardio 5 days/week for 30-40 min and with a good weight training i hope to see some differences.

Wait, you're looking to drop another 11-15#? why? I think your looking at it the wrong way. If you want an athletic build, you need to EAT and GAIN weight, yes, GAIN! You can do it and not put on a bunch of fat.

I understand what you say but im a kickboxer and i need to drop in a category, im at -85 kg now and i want to be at-80...Athletic not massive, thanks for advice till now istbred !
