    funny part is i feel so skinny and it was 180lbs for them lifts. i thought it was 190lbs but then i did my math and i know i never lifted the weight i came up with. the heaviest ive ever been in my life was last winter at 197lbs for like a week. this winter its gonna be test E, EQ and Abombs and im hitting **** hear 220 lbs

    My lifts aren't impressive when you compare them to my weight, but im happy with em. All raw, and i dont use a belt.

    Good squat suit add 60lbs

    good bench shirt (single ply) add about 70lbs

    deadlift suit doesnt add sh!t maby 10-20lbs

    My deadlift will never be over 700lbs...I am just not built to pull at all.
    That 672 wasnt easy either.

    The first time i deadlifted at a weight of like 140 lbs it was 315 for a double at 16 years old. I just have a naturally big DL.

    ---These are weights and maxes from a year and a half ago after I had cut down, and natural up to that point---

    Weight- 195, 5'8

    Bench- 350, 1.79 p/p
    Squat- 510, 2.61 p/p
    Dead- 540, 2.76 p/p

    I've been as high as 215 over this past year, with my lifts going proportionally higher. I'm kind of scared to max, I've seen too many injuries lately. I'm just repping out now, I'm just wanting to look good now, the numbers game isn't as important to me now as it was then.

    P.S. WTF is a bench shirt and deadlift suit? I mean I've used a belt before, but what is all this crap?

    That is very impressive. It took me about two years before I could pull 405. But all the while I was being trained by some of the BEST Powerlifting coaches in the World. Seriously.

    Those numbers were while on cycle at 5 ft 10 245 lbs

    squat haven't tried to max since
    military 325x1
    @ 5 ft 10 239 lbs

    6'3" now at 245#. Heaviest I have ever been is 272.

    Record bench is 425 @ around 240# (did it like 2 years ago) 1.77
    Record Squat is 605 for 2 reps (just a belt) @ around 250 2.42

    bench-385x3, benched 4 plates which was my all time long term goal.
