5 plates is good but i think i should do more cause my bench an squat are 4 plates for 4-6 reps. but deads should be a lot more, i think?

i used to do them straight legged but my hams were the only thing gettting any work, so i switched to try and thicken my back.

i like one arm rows, and i can do a lot on lat pull downs, but i have been trying to get thick so i have been going heavy on the bent over rows and low rows.

yeah, and front delts get such a workout in chest and shoulder excersises most guys just over look it like i did till you realize how goofy you look with out em.

if it is light snoring it helps me sleep i find it relaxing and soothing, but i usually have to fall asleep with the tv or radio on.
