    im currently contemplating whether i should go to the gym tomorrow...

    i do need to study and working out usually eats up maybe 3 hours of my time

    oh have you ever done french curls? I 'feel' that exercise hits tricpes in ways skull crushers or close grip bench cant.
    I also superset french curls with reverse grip bench with the same bar. Kills nicely

    french curls = skull crushers with overhand (pronated) grip

    i wont have the opportunity to work out this week because i hae an exam on tuesday and then an xam on thursday. However i havent studied for my thursday exam and there is an all you can drink thing at this new club that is opening near my house. So i wnt evn be squatting or deadlifting this week

    although i could forego shoulder/tricep day - thursday and squat on that day

    I almost got kicked out of one of those for not drinking enough no lie.... I went there nursed a pint of Miller Lite and ate all the buffet food I seriously ate like 4 plates from the buffet
