damn. gotta love these adjustable dumbell handles. im really glad i got them. now all i need to do is go get my 2 1/2 and 5 lb plates. they are nasty though cause they been sitting in my garage for days. they got rat sh_t and god knows what else on them

well, fu_k it, my biceps look pretty good right now. i been hitting up lots of reverse curls so the short head on my bicep is standing out quite nicely. all i need now is to gain about 10 pounds of muscle in each arm. that would be pretty cool
