    all i eat is eggs, tuna, chicken, beef, potatoes, fruit, energy drinks, and water... haha. thats really all i buy when i go shoppin... keeps my ass lean and lookin good though

    depends on what u respond to anythin concentration kicks ass... try whats it called depression or whatever the downward movement makes my shit swell up... i put like 120% of what i can do lift up with 2 hands and let it burn

    i need to switch up my arm routine mainly my bicepts feels like that tendon right by my elbow cant take it no more ino what to take to make my tendons ligaments stronger u know

    btw, i only do concentration exercises for my biceps. i dont like doing standing curls cause i tend to cheat at it. id rather totally focus the movement on my biceps, not my shoulders

    i think you should give yourself some off time. sounds like you may be over training a little. your tendons will adjust over time, just dont try to rush it too much

    yea but you still need time to rest. if you constantly train excessivly without giving your body time to rest it will fu_k with your gains
