my biggest problem is getting rid of stubborn fat on my stomach..it like wont ever go. I swear one day I'll be 8% bodyfat everywhere else and have a gut

really the only carb intake i have is in the morning after cardio... and 1 hour before i lift, and about 20g after i lift. my carbs are around 200 or so a day, and my pro is up around 500..
