    i always make sure to eat at least 30 grams of protein every 4 hours (when not on cycle). i try to eat some high quality carbs with that too, but i been slacking on it lately.

    my biggest problem is getting rid of stubborn fat on my stomach..it like wont ever go. I swear one day I'll be 8% bodyfat everywhere else and have a gut

    really the only carb intake i have is in the morning after cardio... and 1 hour before i lift, and about 20g after i lift. my carbs are around 200 or so a day, and my pro is up around 500..

    I just went to walmart and bout some tight undershirts to cover up the fact that I have nice breasts..didnt work but I look pretty good in the shirt

    whatup guys...im so ****in pissed i just drove down to miami, to put my hood on and get my wheels..the bolt didnt fit to put the hood on, and my dad took the key to the storage room back to ny, for no fckin reason. so i coulnd get my rims...arrrrghhhh....
