quality not quatity is the key...i have now started really focusing on my lacking parts...i actually train legs, where i was hiot and miss before...now if i miss a day it isnt leg day
also rear delts needed a lot of help, nd they are coming now..

i do have a good base rom being a sprinter i have good strength and everything but a need for chest was never really an issue. i was always fast as hell so legs are strong just not too big. i never really worked them out but they have good size. my arms and traps are my best aset. lats and chest being not good

as time goes i'm sure it will catch up. i need to focus more on my lagging parts but i don't really know how. 2x a week is good for chest and back but i havent figured an effective way of switching the exercises up and stuff.

for flies do like 10-12 reps, then do push ups right away till failure...also for flies you can do cable crossover....and for upper chest mass pull up from the bottom instead of pulling from the top.

that can also and should sometims be switched up for smith machine incline presses, it will build strength where DB build shape and strenght. also you can change the order anytime, but keep flies till the end every time
