    getting your form and breathing is way more important than going heavy...right now...if you have bad form you'll get hurt, then you cant do anything...

    Ya I learned that real quick. My first day I went heavy and my back hurt for 3 weeks. I'm lucky I didn't really hurt myself. Now I don't go over 225.

    no, only 275, i am dieting remember...our lat pull down just has number one to 20, i usually do number 14-25 for 12 reps

    no that is with both on pull downs, i use the 140-160 dumbells for one arm rows.
