Well, I was gonna do calves yesterday..leg day.. i do them twice a week.. but i got a huge charlie horse whilst doing the abductor and it prevented me from doing them then.. so I did them today with shoulders... I don't really need to do my traps.. they seem to be growing jsut from other exercises.. I'm actually watching them closely.. I'm worried they might get too big..haha

Hm.. I was planning on switching it up anyway so I'll do that.. I actually herd that beofre and used to do it but needed a change.. it's not that i have back/bi's twice.. that was just to show you how the cycle continues... so I'm really working on a 6 day cycle instead of 7.. cause then on the next day.. Monday, it would be chest/tri's.. you see?

Stats now... 25, 138 Lbs a.m./141 Lbs p.m., 5'9" bf% is 20% as of 2 weeks ago.. I'm hoping it's lower now... I have to check it again soon..
