    Just got back from the gym myself.. had a pretty crazy shoulder and calf workout.. so happy to be on the verge of eating..mmm oats and whey.. LOL

    Well, I was gonna do calves yesterday..leg day.. i do them twice a week.. but i got a huge charlie horse whilst doing the abductor and it prevented me from doing them then.. so I did them today with shoulders... I don't really need to do my traps.. they seem to be growing jsut from other exercises.. I'm actually watching them closely.. I'm worried they might get too big..haha

    so u do 2 or 4 training days total? (not counting cardio)

    this isnt over training at all.... other then the fact u have back/bis twice but u agve it a 5 day rest for the muscle to recover so its all good...no worries...

    alot of ppl do cardio a.m everyday then train inthe afternoon or night its not over training....

    its fine but i would make legs on monday, its goos to start out your week with legs it will help your workout throughout the week.

    Hm.. I was planning on switching it up anyway so I'll do that.. I actually herd that beofre and used to do it but needed a change.. it's not that i have back/bi's twice.. that was just to show you how the cycle continues... so I'm really working on a 6 day cycle instead of 7.. cause then on the next day.. Monday, it would be chest/tri's.. you see?

    thanks for the help.. I appreciate it.. I'll do anythign to improve.. I'm very eager to reqach my goals.. I'm thinking about entering a fitness comp .. but not until next year.. only when I know I would win.. or at least place..lol

    Ya.. this diet is pretty strict.. so when I eat I always want more right away... I used to eat until I was busting so it's been quite a change for me.. i like the results so far though..

    either way u get 5 days off for the muscle group so its all good...

    i get it though....

    Stats now... 25, 138 Lbs a.m./141 Lbs p.m., 5'9" bf% is 20% as of 2 weeks ago.. I'm hoping it's lower now... I have to check it again soon..

    5"0 138....20bf? i doubt ur 20% cuz ur tall so even if u got some weight on u i dont think ur 20%

    went from 165-190 now....190-195 keeps going up and down soo mehh
