    **** i did not make it to the guy today. i mised out on doing legs. that means i have to do chest and legs tomorrow. that is going to suck. i guees i should brink lunch with me. i will work chest then take a break and eat befor doing legs. do you guys think is should walk for 15-30 min befor i do my leg work out. just to hel the food digest some first.

    My brother just bought Phera Plex, Perfect Cycle (liver protector), PCT, and Retain (another PCT product). Phera Plex for 4 weeks at 20mg ED and 4 weeks of PCT. I can't wait until he gets his products.

    I still have 3 weeks before I can go on again. Hopefully I will be able to get some input in from him before I would start my own Phera Plex experiment.

    I just took 16g of trib today and yesterday. Skin didn't get real oily. I wonder if it's a bad batch? Optimum Nutrition's Tribulus.
