    comp went great man....won the heavies and it wasnt even close....got sponsored to do nationals in August 2007...they are going to cover all vitamins, protein, and supplements....i am getting profesional pics done up now, and as soon as they are done i will post them up....

    just woke up from nap number one, and ate a big meal...going to go for another nap i think till the girl come home at 3pm...then eat and go to the gym...time to get back into it again.....

    thanks nova...means a lot that i can inspire some one who is already as dedicated as you man...and dont think you comments are not a huge push to me bro...they kept me going through some of the tough spots bro...I was close to the overall, but since i started my diet 2 weeks late caus ei had to fly out to my mom's wedding i was still holding some water in my abs and legs a bit...not a lot and not nearly as much as others, but enough to lose the overall to the light heavy...i was 5 times thicker and wider from the back and he couldnt touch my upper body either, but he was tight and dry alll over, and deserved the win...i guess

    Quiet....after the comp i came home for a day, the packed and went to Boston for three days for a Red Sox game, shopping, and eating a pile of food bro...then came home late wednesday night, then packed again thursday and left for an island about 3 hours away to relax at a cabin on the ocean....just got back last night, and been trying to catch up on pm's, email, and chatting with my bro's on here....i am still unemployed so i am going to be here a lot again...between naps...

    he doesnt carry muscle milk, but i do get all the other types he carries for free yes....and glutamine, bcaa, and other supps he is putting together for me....


    it is going to come together, but it is going to be hard work to say the least....looking forward to it though...
