damn it, it might be over a year till i can shoot up some test e again.
one things for certain though, im sure as hell not gonna run that while in school or working on an internship. it makes me way too lethargic. all these orals seems to not fu_k with my sleep or my energy during the day.
so that means its ok to run them when im in school

my bench is only the 80lb dumbbells
i cant bench with barbel because my shoulder hurts

Squat i'm not sure about max but I rep 5 times with 315 nice and deep. I know i'm getting flamed for this but i don't do deads or cleans. For some reason I just never got into deads. I guess my prob was that I didn't start them from the beginning so by the time i tried them the just felt awkward. I need them thought because my back/traps are lagging

I alternate dumbell/barbell benches. I usually use 100lbs for 6-8reps. can't do nearly as much but that 200 lbs definetly feels equal to another 100 lbs on a barbell exercise

I love chest/tri day. Lately legs are kicking my ass though. Its such a mental thing, i'm taking to much time between sets cause i go nuts and i'm always worried about my neck injury
