    yeah i eat all that too, i try to eat beef, sweet potatoes, and natty peanut butter too.

    i have that same degree... cept i got a bachelors in Health Services Mgmt. and workin on my masters in Health Admin right now.

    funny part about that pic is that i dont have nearly all of my glycogen back. i think now that ive started eating big again i have gained around.5 inches on my arms due to getting the water back in and glycogen restoration.
