    Some people don't have to do cardio when bulking in still stay in hella shape look at Carlos E he told me he takes a cab if it's over 2 blocks while bulking.

    yeah. and she doesnt make mer nervous, its just we work together, and i love hangin out with her. mayube teh coolest girl ive evr met. but we're obviously attracted. so im asking myself... if i make a move and she doesnt wnt things to head in that direction will i lose anytime i could have had hanging with her and being around her? so its a tough call. so im just going to give it time. i think of it this way. she won't think about kissing me...until she's thought about kissing me.

    i think i just really enjoy it. i keep my heart rate at or below 60% for 45 mins. i just feel so good like im high after im done for a while.

    Yeah man, I have to be at work at 7 for the first time in 3 weeks. Every other night I have been there by 330 so im taking advantage Im not gonna go out and get wasted but this place by my house has dollar drafts drink specials on Wednesday nights so Im gonna go there its like a highschoolclass reunion. Its sweet hearing everyone telling me how good I look
