    The only injury Ive had recently was I "tweaked" my pec. Hurt every time I did bench. I went light for a month and it got better. I guess I've been lucky.

    pain is a sign that somethings wrong Hack, remember that. if you have insurance or can afford it, i would have it looked at. maybe talk to a trainer locally and just have them feel around.

    i think i had teh same thing happen to me. BB benchpress, and it hurt a little liek it was real tense... so im goingt o stick with DB's for 4-6 weeks on heavy presses. i will do bench on dynamic days...

    I do have insurance but I think it's the same injury I had just not as bad and I strengthened it last time with these bands so I'm gonna do it again and see how it goes..

    if you have the innsurance get it checked, if you dont rest a few wks and than try to lift again, if it still hurts time to pay the dr..,i did something similar, i didnt get it checked out and it healed in about 3 months, but it hurt like a bitch all that time

    Yes said I had a tear in my right rotator cuff but this is my left one hurting this time.

    I just did all those pushing a pulling exercises with my arm with my brother and I didn't have any shooting pain from it.

    so let me get this straight, for the rt cuff you did rehab and it got better? and now the left cuff feels the same way the rt one did?
