I was doing arnolds a month or more ago and I lost control of the db and felt a terrible pain shoot down my shoulder.
So now when I do bb bench or incline bench and alot of those exercises it hurts pretty bad.

pain is a sign that somethings wrong Hack, remember that. if you have insurance or can afford it, i would have it looked at. maybe talk to a trainer locally and just have them feel around.
