    yea but your dedication is way above the norm. you can appreciate the hard work it takes to achieve greatness cause you work at it everyday. most females sit around doing no physical activity at all, and surprisingly manage to stay in at least decent shape.

    girls are very competative and catty towards eachother too.

    kinda funny. such tough guys ya know? if they had any courage at all, they would have stopped the car and gotten in my face. but then again, this is a bad area. id probably get stabbed or shot

    There is this guy at the gym I talk to and we were just discussing the other day how people that are really built wear baggy clothes and the out of shape ones wear clothes that are way too small. And if we wore the same clothes that they were wearing then we would be showing off. Weird.

    not bad...i am on week 4 of my cycle and i am up 14 pounds so far...did lat pulldowns tonight and did the stack of 240 for 8 reps...good ones too
