I'm debating whether i should do heavy sets/low reps .... or ..... light sets/high reps ........ it pretty much comes down to whether i want strength or endurance

btw, ive heard that it works well to split up your routine so that some days you lift heavy with a few reps, and other days you lift light with more reps.
ive never tried this though
