    yea thats what i used. it was pretty good, but i got sick during the weeks 2-4... that sucked. i still managed to gain 35 pounds. the gains on my arms were less than i had imagined, but my back, traps, cheast and shoulders all got noticably bigger

    now im sitting at 230. not sure what my body fat % is, but im pretty thin.... well im at least not fat. i want to lose way more fat though

    i started with arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs, 2 days of rest then repeat, but chest was hitting my front delts too much, so i combined chest and delts to one day.

    i swear, thats so much better than what i was doing before.

    i remember you talking about your next cycle, sounds like fun. when you gonna start that anyway?

    I'm in between jobs right now ..... so i don't wanna start it and then have to rearrange my sleep patterns and shit mid-cycle....... cause i might start bartending and those are late hours for sure

    im def excited about it though ....... prop/tren /primo/var ......... should be badass

    I'm debating whether i should do heavy sets/low reps .... or ..... light sets/high reps ........ it pretty much comes down to whether i want strength or endurance

    usually i stick with about 8 reps, but il do it incredibly slow, and do peak concentrations too. lifting heavy is fun, but honestly, its not as effective as using lighter weight with flawless form

    btw, ive heard that it works well to split up your routine so that some days you lift heavy with a few reps, and other days you lift light with more reps.

    ive never tried this though

    yeah ....... ive never touched dbol ........ but i have used winny

    this should be a sweet cycle though ..... just gotta figure out what i wanna do as far as ancillaries and PCT ......... so far nolva/aromasin are in ...... maybe something else
