    i went out last night. pretty good time. and the weekend was a big rest for me. with legs n saturday not friday due to a few issues.

    i missed 3 weeks with tennis elbow in both elbows and i just went back last wek...i felt sloppy, not fat, just no pump and not tight like usuall

    i am 6'1 260 and no veins and i can just see my top 4 abs and side striations still...not for long though, the prop, test e and deca should solve that problem...

    ahh i love cardio. but i feel like i need to take it easy on it for this bulk. i might go 2-3 mornings a week for 30 mins though.
