    U got an aparment or in the dorms tren ..Do you carb up one day a week..If so how many carbs do you get in that day double the normal amount or what.

    its tecnically school housing, but i got my own room and a kitchen.

    as for the carbs, usually i dont do carb loading or anything, i just try to eat about 50-70 grams of complex carbs with most of my meals throughout the day

    Nova,last time I cut I only had carbs in two meals a day...I looked flat as **** but lost alot of weight..

    her and i are going strong and slow and steady. a few things have happened yeah. hangin out tomorrow before her soccer thing at 6pm so it should be another good day.

    haha yea i was limping so bad after shooting up test blend 400, enanthate 400 and prop 200.

    you should have seen how bad i was limping after i shot up into my calf... it was bad
