    oh yea, it tastes so much better with milk than water. plus the milk protein is a good addition to whey cause they have such different absorbtion rates

    i spend most of my online time on this forum, and honestly, dial up seems to be exactly the same as dsl for this... cept dial up wont freeze on me like dsl did
