    basically last winter me and him did a natural bulk, and we got some good size, but it wasn't too clean, which meant we had to work our asses off to get ripped for our holiday last month, so this time around we agreed we'd keep it as clean as possible to make retaining muscle easier, with the addition of AAS, he started his cycle, i'm yet to...


    anyway, he's running 750ml sust + 200ml deca every 3.5 days.

    mmm, sounds like a fun cycle. id like to run that with the addition of 40-50 mgs dbol ed for the duration. maybe some winstrol at the end too

    imo dirty bulking is a bad idea without aas. i seem to gain the same amount of muscle on a clean bulk diet... training naturally that is

    yeah hes seriously put some size on, but its not all lean.

    still a way to go til his comp i suppose, it aint until may.

    should be in good shape!
