well i was at 23 and change back in may but i have taped in recently at 20.3, but that is using the army tape process and i think it is a little inacurate

i have upped the cardio to 5 times a week and it seems to be kicking the belly fat in the ass......... i run 3 miles 3 times and week and then do the elipitical or bike the other 2 times

yeah getting old sucks, i think that is part of the reason i have gotten into the whole weight lifting thing so heavily, i have to work alot harder now to keep myself looking half ass decent, lol.

yeah they have everything you need, and some shit you dont need. the army really goes all out on the gym equipment for when we deploy, that way you can stay in some sort of shape
