cycling is brilliant audi, i really saw some progress cutting up for my holiday by cycling, tricking the metabolism defo works.
basically i was having more on workout days and less on non workout days, and a refeed day.
then your automatically cycling, works well that way

if you focus on back tren , your biceps will probably greatly benefit.

yeah i try to get about 2g of protein per lb per day, eat carbs only when necessary and keep fats to the recommend daily amount from olive, flax, natty peanut butter.

Looks good..throw a sweet potato in there in place of one of your oatmeal meals..I eat about 4 cups of oats a day and it gets old. + sweet potatoes r so much better AND a better quality carb source
