    how much do you guys pay when you buy protein i dropped 200 on protein it will last me a while but its alot of money just for powder

    see bro, im tryin to make a point of replacing most of my protein intake with egg whites. they're cheap and filling.



    whey protein is good, but im str8 starving like an hour after i eat it. with egg whites, il stay full for longer, plus there isn't any splenda in the eggs... theres lots of that in my protein powder

    technically yea i am a senior, but i still got at least 4 more years of school.

    i wish i could take time off and just focus on lifting... haha this summer was kinda like that cept i had to work too
