I'm taking 40mg of dbol daily split into two doses and I'm thinking to bump it up to 50. Hell, my liver needs a good workout anyway.

500mg test e/wk 1-12..actually it was 500mg/wk 1-8 started getting gyno went to 250 for 2 weeks then 125 for 2 weeks. (didnt wanna do pct while in china)
1-4 dbol 50-30mg ed

(i started on 50 split up but got killer back pumps so went to 30 pre-wo an was alright)

was up 27lbs at one point, but not sure what i'm up total now cuz my weight has been fluctuating like a bitch...not even sure what my bf is, i'd like to say around 12 but not too sure. i carry my bf weirdly, likee i always have love handles and chubby cheeks even when i have abs....sucks

seriously, all at once I didn't bloat, I gained 20lbs in one month and I didn't get backpumps like when I split it up.

stayinstacked and mallet and whitey also like this method, and they're all massive

How long pre workout did you take it? I've been mixing it up between 2 hours and 30minutes pre workout. I think that with food, about 1.5 hours works pretty good. I'll try a few days of taking them all at once.

I've gotten some pretty bad back pumps just taking 20mg pre workout, so we'll see how it goes.

yeah the only thing i couldnt really do was squat much, sucked cuz i love squats..but it def cut down on the backpumps, like i didnt get them at random times

I've moved to smith machine squats; they seem to help with back pumps, but its still pretty bad. The only times I get back pumps is at the gym but they can be pretty bad, especially on leg day.

today a kid hit my car (parked) at like 40mph on a moped. he wasnt wearing a helmet, he cant feel his legs or back, and a helecopter rushd himed to get hospital.. not a good day for me, and i saw my x gf off to russia from airport, it was sad. we were getting real close and i think well get back together when shes back in a month, so its aleast half good day
