    my butt hurts from doing squats yesterday. it's hard to keep getting up out of my chair. i did dead lifts for the first time yesterday out of the 4-5 years i've been training. don't know why though.

    ahhh yes i love that feelin the day or two after a good hard leg workout when you can just about wipe your ass becoz you can hardly move on the shit*er!or feelin like a geriatrick coz you can just about getin and outa the bath coz your ass n legs ache so much from the squats!!

    i just went through that this morning. sat down on the pooper and trying to wipe just about killed me. tomorrow is going to be super sore. it's always the 2nd day after that kills me for working out my legs. it's only legs though. every other body part is the most sore the next day.
