i unload ships as my job i drive the big quay cranes,got out the cab to take a leak and forgot there was a big lump of iron girder in a certain place and smashed right into it with quite some force,legs went from under me although i didnt knock myself out!got straight down otherwise would a prob hurt someone,i was fukced mate! Coming to the end of my first cycle in a few weeks. Although i have put on about about 2 stone in just over 9 weeks, i have been a bit dissapointed with the EQ and the vascularity. double the weight in kg eg 10 kg doubled is 20 then divide the answer by 10 and add it on, so 10 is 22lbs!!
