hmm i don't 4real c y u shouldn't at 19 - just do like a 2month cycle of fast esters like prop and winny- stay away from harsh compounds like deca and tren - i think ud b aight

at least thats what i'm doing chest- i'm not anything really harsh til i'm 26 or 27 prolly- also i plan on throwing alittle HCG in my cycles to help with PCT even if they are short
