I am having a right dilemma trying to work out the macros in my turkey breasts and the container only gives the information per kilotonne
They always vary in weight, so it looks like am going to need some electronic weighing scales.

What dose of IGF were you thinking bro? I think i will use 75mg ED of tren. Going to try dbol this time around too. Also getting excited about Masteron , but my bf% is probably not low enough. Did you use it bro? Originally Posted by stocky121

i normaly have a pro/fat meal 10 minutes after cardio
but you could wait 45 minutes after and have a pro/carb
but i just carn't waitt that long
