    I do as when i take slin just not as high in carbs. PWO slin shake typically consists of 100g Dex/malt. Then a 60g isolate shake about 15 minutes later.

    IGF regimen is the same except I consume about 50g Malt/dex then 60g Isolate.

    I'm running 100mcg/day now and never even feel any sides of hypo. I love the stuff. Not the cheapest thing out but I love it
