    Do you have high speed access? When Im at home it takes a lot longer. My computer at work is super quick.

    That sucks! My wife used to be like that. I couldnt stand it. I finally told her its either her or someone else. Now it averages 4x a week. Oh yeah and she takes prozac. Side effects are good on a woman.

    At least you are learning and know alot before you start Chest. Most people I know especially ones that I workout with still don't know how to use AAS correctly. It's pretty sad. They are around 30 years of age.
