i just let her get on with it,she seems pretty healthy though i mean shes had 4 kids,shes bin hintin the last coupla days about havin another one!!

Well this is my last week of this split I was trying I was doing arms, but there were so many people there everything was taken even the dumbells. By the time I got to do a set I didn't have anything in me. Plus I slept on my neck and my right shoulder hurts like balls and all this tests and work I'm all stresses

I ALWAYS put mine in the fridge. Comes on Ice for a reason

That is also based on what kind you got and from where. When I recieved my Lyophilzed from Gensci it didnt come on ice but they said to store it in the fridge.

Then with my suspended it came on an ice pack overnighted. That went in the fridge quick

You know Stocky, I remember seeing stats direct from Gropep. And they stated that it was quite as stable at room temp as it was in the fridge. And MR's suspended is Gropep and its Lyo is Igtrpoin.

I'd still play it safe and keep it in the fridge.

Kind of rough to make out own judgements on products that we cant find Human test results for huh?

Lets see who the first to try the Myostatin is. Looks tempting but I can find enough about it to try it just yet
