vastus medialis:

Origin: Linea aspera of femoral shaft
Insertion: Tibial tubrecale by way of quadriceps tendon, patella and patella ligament
Action: knee extension
Innervation: Femoral nerve

alright about add 38 or so more like this and you got half of my test tommorow
