    24, I did 405 on my last set of squats yesterday for 14 and 12 reps, respectively. I followed with some leg presses for inner quads (open \ / foot placement high on the leg press), and then leg ext to fail. I supersetted calves w/ Quads, then I did stiff leg deads w/ 225 for 12 each set (4). Finally, I finished with some lying hammie curls.
    Lactic acid is building nicely. However, no projectile vomiting yesterday

    sounds like a damn fine workout. yea that puking thing was weird it has happened before but what can I say I like to push it to the extreme

    you did leg ext to fail. I like to use these for warmup to pre exhaust my quads. If i do ext at the end of the workout it is either negatives or sets to occlusion. I like to hit up a couple sets of lunges myself my quads rip through the skin

    I will use the leg ext to pre-exhaust, but then my squat numbers fall.
    Yeah, I'll do some lunges every now and then, but at that point it's only bodyweight.

    Can't wait until Feb., so I can see these #s skyrocket.

    as for the pre exhaust thats why I like it b/c its like I'm already down in the count and I have to push it even harder to get the weight up, even if I have to drop the numbers a little

    2.Chest, tris, abs
    3. off
    4.Back, traps, calves
    5.off
    6.Delts, bis, 4arms, abs

    Im always hungry..Im naturally a crazy eater and this cutting diet starves me..even tho I do eat every 2 hours and my diet is good.

    I like to do swoles plan every now and then, it kicks @ss. But when I do mine I always squat down slow come back up (not quite as slow as swoles) and Don't lock the legs out to keep tension on the quads the wholle time.

    actually I use to read about how people pre exhuasted their tris with rope pressdowns so I just started doingthem for quads not every single workout but for the most part I like the Pre.
