    I have one pack (100 tabs) of Methan Tabs from animal Power and one vial of Enantat QV 250 and the correct equipment needed for both the work outs and the applications. My question is what, when, and how much do I take for mass building? I am 6'4" 215lbs and need some upper body weight. New to this game, not to the work-outs. Anything you can tell me would be great.     I have alot of the test-e mixed with prop, so dont think anyones going to take it so I want to use it up myself, so Im going to run it my whole cycle, hope the b-12 helps.

    that happend to me bro you just need to fight it in the gym it's hard believe me have a warm shower before and use some freeze spray before you train it helped me a bit
