What is your favorite screwed-up movie?

I have always enjoyed twisted movies. Here is a selection in no particular order that comes to mind:

    Clockwork Orange
    Trainspotting
    Wild at Heart
    The Devil's Rejects
    Natural Born Killers
    Bad Lieutenant
    Taxi Driver
    I spit on your grave
    The Shining
    The Hitchhiker
    Warriors (come out and play-eeay!)
    Touch of Evil
    Arsenic And Old Lace
    Midnight Express
    Vanilla Sky

eternal sunshine was highly rated in 2005 actually
starring drew barrymore and jim carrey

but it isnt a comedy or anything

the story isnt even linear so at first you'rel ike wtf is going on but it makes sense afterwards

The smashing machine and The hills have eyes I walked out of the theater during the rape scene with my g/f. I found the movie very offensive and in bad taste.

Hills have Eyes remake was very gory and violent and it did not hold back on anything.

I was quit amazed when i bought the dvd seeing the amount of violence in that movie.

I didn't stay long enough but they included vivid rape scene. Freedom of expression so I wont say it should have not been made or whatever. I will say that I was offended and wouldn't encourage many people to see it.

"The Hills Have Eyes" is just another gore flick IMO. Seen worse.

    "Donnie Darko"
"American Psycho" (already mentioned)...definitely twisted movie.
    "Seven" (already mentioned)...good one.
Any of the "Faces of Death" titles...that shit just ain't right.
    "The Butterfly Effect"
"Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"

I agree. Donnie Darko was great.

    12 Monkeys was the shit.

Butterfly effect was pretty good. The sequel was excellent as well

    Dragonfly - with Kevin Kosner.

I see someone mentioned The Dark Crystal - this movie gave me nightmares when was a kid.

Has anyone seen A Scanner Darkly yet? looks interesting but I havent rented it yet.

^ Another twisted flick staring Christian Bale...

    "The Machinist"

How in the hell did they make him look so frickin' thin in that movie?! He starred in "Batman Begins" in the same year and he was looking much thicker in that movie.
