    your wrong. 100 grams over maintaince per week to gain 1 pound a week. you only need an extra 15 grams a day

    I would like to know several things:

    1) if you are such an expert how come you look like crap?
    2) Why do you believe growing one pound is possible by eating 100 g of protein?
    3) Do you seriously believe it doesn't matter what kind of food I eat as long as I work out right? So technically I could eat a pound of gummi bears in the morning (as long as its enough calories to grow on) and if I worked out right I could gain muscle/lose fat?
    4) Do you seriously believe number 3?
