i agree, if you keep your posts civil you are doing absolutly nothing wrong. our goal is to let everyone on his site know that he is very uneducated on the subject of fitness.

also what i have been doing is PM other people on his site with actual good advice and let them know that he is full of it. just be polite when you PM so the people will take you seriously.
