does anyone elses farts smell realllyyy bad? I dont know if its the egg whites im eating, the protein powder or the cottage cheese, but my farts have been smeeling like a cross breed of a methane factory and a garbage dump.

i've dropped a few bombs in the gym before...on accident though. it took a good 15 seconds for the smell to creep up then i exited scene...pronto..

Stop at any pharmacy and pick up an over the counter box of simethicone.
It comes in regular tablets, chewable tablets, capsules, and liquid. Simethicon is non-habit-forming, and works by releasing the surface tension of bubbles. There are no known symptoms of overdose.

Do these protein farts in any way tell you that there is a problem digesting the protein? i mean did you not get the benefits of the protein if you end up with these demon farts??

Or did you get all the benefit and this is just a byproduct of the digestion?

i blow up my toliet when bulknig, milk+brocoli+fiber+high protein= blown up toliet. simethicome(gasx) doesnt do anything for me. I could IV that stuff and i would still clear out rooms.

it's all of the bacteria in your intestines eating up the excess protein /carbs. so its a sign that things are working well. invest in some febreeze and candles... i did.

a couple of years ago my brother in law was dieting for a show but was still trying to impress everyone with his strength and how much he could squat,
so everyone gathered round him,and started racking the plates on.
he went down for the first couple of reps but then started to struggle.chris been chris had to out do everyone so went down for another rep when he let out a massive fart and shit himself.lol

he always blames it on the very high protein diet he was on.lol
