OH GAWD, DUCs. . .EEK!! I think motoGP finally changed the rules enough to get Ducs in a class (cc Range) where they can produce enough power to compete with the Japanese in-lines.

I dont know how they are breaking track records with less power yet the jap bikes are getting walked on. . .are the tides turning for GP racing? Perhaps.

I mean obviously Rossi is the better rider between him and stoner. Rossi always manages to pass him in the chicanes, curves, sweepers, but in the straights, poor Rossi looks like he is hitting the brakes. And that is all bike, no rider skill needed to twist the throttle in the straights. I think if Yamaha doesn't get their crap together, Rossi will be wearing different colors next year.

Nice pic bro. Your form is looking good there.

And I am guessing you have an RX8 too, right? I am pretty sharp sometimes. LOL

I actually just started this thread being a goof figuring everyone would just ignore it and say WTF ever who cares. But it has actualy given me a pretty good opportunity to post whore and chit chat with people. :-)

I love yamaha's attention to detail. Check out the welds on your R1, then go look at a gixxer's welds. You will see what I mean about attention to detail.

Sometimes you NEED to miss the forest and look at the trees.

dont take anything away from stoner cause he is on a duc, he is a great rider with alot of promise. im a big fan of rossi, and its good to see the dualing between the two. its not all straight power with stoner. i've followed stoner for a while.
oh yeah my count is nearing 1000 soon.

no, im not taking away from stoner, he has talent no doubt. the reason im down on him is there where 2 races where rossi passed him ALOT of times in the turns only to be repassed on the straight due ONLY to the dukes superior power, that is my beef

also dont forget its not just rider against rider, its team against team, and the ducs have done a great job on their bikes.
i only remember those 2 races where the power mattered at the dutch gp, rossi passed stoner as if he was down 50 hp

u r right of course, there have been a few races where rossi hasnt shown up due to his bike and wat-not, i hope he gets a new ride next year.as for stoner he's been right at the front the whole season no doubt, he's not on top of the standings by accident. now we could argue all day about if rossi was on a duke , then how would the standings look,hhmmmm...........but that gets into the realm of who has a bigger d*ck and all(by the way its me ) nah it doesnt matter i love motogp i also watch the 250's as well to see who the up and comers are, they got some real talent in there right now,,good times!!!!!!!

great times, lets hope rossi joins duccati and takes team engineer with him again, we could see a dual with stoner/rossi like doohan/creville in 96 on the repsol hondas

Unfortunately the only way to settle that is to have them going head to head in their prime and that can't happen.

Both are excellent riders. I don't know that I could honestly say one is supeior to the other. They both dominated under different conditions. And both have slightly different strengths on the track.
