so i got a sorta compliment at the gym last night. ive been at my gym for over a year and have never seen anyone do squats or deads other then me. so i was doin squats last night. but first i had to wait for this 16 year old kid to stop using the squat rack for barbell rows. so then when he was done i jumped on and started warming up. he came over to me after my second set and was like. dude, ive been comin here 5 days a week for 6 months and your the only one i have seen do squats. thats good shit. keep it up bro. then he went on to introduce himself and all. so i thought that was cool that someone else noticed.

nice. i slept pretty decent. only had to pee 3 times so thats a plus.the night before it was 5 times. really annoying. plus ive been sleepin at this chicks house mostly so everytime i get up she wakes up. and i feel bad.

yea im pretty sure it does. i have been having alot of sudden crazy urges. where i have to pee so bad that it hurts. then other times i have to go but i have to force it out. and other times it feels like i have a to pee 20 gallons. but only a little trickle comes out. its to the point where i cant pee while i shit also. i have to shit, then get up and pee like seperatlly. so yea. i need to call my doc.

so i was talking to my fedex driver yesterday at work before leaving and i was like alright, im off to the gym. so hes like yea, im getting back on the juice. blah blah blah. ive done 2 cycles of Test E. then i did a deca only cycle. i was like oh man. WTF. lol. please tell me you know about PCT. well he doesnt. im like damn your lucky your dick still works. so i had to give him some info on everything. then he said that his bro competes and has a sick hook up for gear and that he can hook me up. I got clearance from surgeon do do cardio and light lifting. he said if I feel it straining to back off. So I guess I'ma sweat my asss off today! Woo hoo, I'm psyched up! I gained 4 lbs since last week, I wasn't really eating any MORE, just not working out.
