    im back, i would like to run hgh but i dont know about the sides at a young age, look at tray brewers hands, kinda scary

    yeah you should see them, hgh has really good fat burning qualitys, its like anything else we put in our bodys for that extra edge you dont get naturally

    you don't need to run it much higher than 3-4 ius a day for the fat burning as i understand it....

    i have found in the last few weeks that my back gets a helluva more work out when my legs are beat to shit. that makes your back pick up the slack that your legs usually does the work with.

    gonna DESTROY delts here in a second......honestly prolly my favorite bodypart to train.....and as such they might be my best......gotta get 'em bigger and wider though for sure

    ive been laggin on my delt training cuz of dislocating my shoulders a few times. so now when i train them i get an intense burn in them to the point that i cant move my arms. so they are slacking. but my boy abbot helped me tweak my workout a bit so i have been hitting em hard lately,.

    one of the best things i do.....an old IFBB guy told me and my bro to do this.........superset upright rows (for middle delts wide grip) with dumbbell lat raises......insane

    i stay the hell away from arnold presses......the whole rotating the shoulder while pressing just makes no sense to me.....recipe for injury in my opinion...
