    holy **** my wrist is hurtin. ****ed it up at practice last night and its pretty swollen today. was gonna do chest and back thickness but could barely hold 80 lbs on cable rows and could not even unrack 135 on bench

    puss, that does suck, try a wrist wrap, not a ***** one use a powerlifting wrap thats about 18" long and 3 inches wide and wrap that bitch tight and it almost takes all the weight off your wrist
