In my opinion....
Yes you are better off getting to a certain point without clen . But im pretty sure you will run the clen no matter now. Since its what, already on its way to you? lol. So overall it wont mess anything up. It will help you reach your goals if done properly. And if diet and cardio are on par. Then i would say go for it.
well first.. whats your weight and height? i dont think ive ever seen your stats

hmmm but I thought that you had to eat cals in order to loose fat..... I was doing a really strict diet before I learned about this site and I was loosing weight but I was loosing the muscle mass....
Will your diet make me loose the fat weight and not my muscle weight if so..... shoot send it over pm.

Before I started dieting I was at 347, then dropped to 290 then when i started working out with weights I gained weight to 304.
I live by my diet do my cardio in the AM in an empty stomach and do whatever I have to do to not miss the gym if I miss it i will make the day up when I go againLast edited by mex83; 08-13-2008 at 11:51 AM.

I can't remember the flipping name now, I thought I said it the other night, but I could have been thinking about something else.
My diet is tailored to decrease body fat but not to eat away at your muscles, I infact have been able to loose weight while gaining muscle mass on a 1200cal/ day diet. But I also take dessicated liver enzymes to make sure that my body doesn't break down protein as well as a calculated regimen before a after my workouts. Plus and arsenal of vitamins every day.

and MEX.... her amount of calories wont be enough to sustain you. But you can take her diet and make bigger portions to make it 2000cal. you are way bigger then her so obviously she only needs 1200 cals. you will need more. even if you are tryin to lose weight.

Yeah, I think I have another 7 days in my car, I will have to check or i can fax it to you on Friday. If you follow this and do cardio and take your vitamins you should be set.

FYI: I cant stand the smell of fried food, or the smell of oil or lard anymore... how funny is that.
