    Yes you are better off getting to a certain point without clen . But im pretty sure you will run the clen no matter now. Since its what, already on its way to you? lol.     Before I started dieting I was at 347, then dropped to 290 then when i started working out with weights I gained weight to 304.

    I live by my diet do my cardio in the AM in an empty stomach and do whatever I have to do to not miss the gym if I miss it i will make the day up when I go again

    well a lack of calories will force your body to feed off its fat stores. plus cardio will also speed that process up. so you need enough calories to sustain you. but not enough that your body doesnt kick into hyper drive to burn off fat

    oh okcause I did my calulations like it says to do so in the cutting diet sticky and it said that I had to eat over 2000 cals a day to burn fat....

    but if you think that Kats 1200 cal a day will do me better than by all means send that sucker over lol.

    I can't remember the flipping name now, I thought I said it the other night, but I could have been thinking about something else.
    My diet is tailored to decrease body fat but not to eat away at your muscles, I infact have been able to loose weight while gaining muscle mass on a 1200cal/ day diet. But I also take dessicated liver enzymes to make sure that my body doesn't break down protein as well as a calculated regimen before a after my workouts. Plus and arsenal of vitamins every day.

    Yeah thast what I thought too.... but for sure I will get her diet and just up the portins right now I am doing 8 oz marcos for everything.... 8 oz oatmeal meat.beef. chicken and veggies.

    One more thing.... ABBOT suggested that I dont use any vitamins or stuff like that since my body has enough fat already that I dont need it coming from those things thats why I stopped using the Fish Oil I was dating daily.

    agreed, I would say just up the amount of chicken and proteins, where I eat 4oz of meat you can eat 6 or 8oz instead. I wouldn't up on any of the carbs though. I would say 1800-2000cals/day will really give you some good results.
