My diet's always clean. My bp's only affected when I'm stressed out. It's more mental then physically related to me

i swear it feels like my heart is gonna beat outa my chest sometimes , ie right now. last time i had it checked it was 140/85 and i just started winny 3 days ago, i think its worse.my doc gave me some naturopathic herbs for it but i dont think its enough

before the accident I was about 255 and 8%, got a ways to go to get back there. It's kind of ironic, 6 years ago I was up to 260 but relatively high bf (prolly 20%) then I totalled a bike, back surgery followed, and I lost down to about 190. I slowly built back up to a lean 255, totalled a bike, then dropped down to about 200. Anyone see a trend? Yeah I don't ride quite so much any more.

im taking coq10 and some shit called balance 3 its a chinese remedy i guess

funny i took 2 of those balance 3's 20mins ago and everything feels normal now, maybee it is working. i still think im gonna get the bp meds as they r cheaper

then I've got the hookup. I take this when my bp goes up on cycle and it makes all the difference. get hawthorn berry and take them with each meal, take garlic a couple times a day (get odorless) and take 1 baby aspirin a day in the morning. Just that makes a world of difference.
