I've kind of jumped off the supplement bandwagon. All ive been using lately is just protein for pwo. Usually im on creatine and thats about it. I'm taking taurine 5g a day, no signs of cramps so far. Ive been focusing on diet a lot more, eating lots of whole foods, chicken, beef sandwhiches, tuna, pasta, basically anything to keep my calories up to put on more mass.
