consider that i can stay under 9%bf all while consuming about 400g of carbs a day. i do train hard, but thats exactly why they are so important to me.

Yeah I train in the same style as ronnie and branch, you can go check it out in my log. I'm thinking it might be thats what my trainer needs to do and I might need to do something different as I stay pretty lean and vas. through out the year, he does not.
Nova I was planning on cutting with gear. Man I'm a mess right now. I gotta get this figured out

Yeah balls to the wall has always been my style and I intake around 400g of carbs as well and still stay lean. I might need your help Nova later on down the road. Was thinking of starting about 16 weeks out to in sure that I am in condition ahead of time and can tweak anything if need be. Also would "playing" around with the diuretics to see when I peak be a good idea a couple of weeks out

don't stress about it.
consider all that carbs do for you. glycogen, fullness, vascularity, mood, energy. and all of those aspects are critical come cutting and ESPECIALLY show time. keep those in mind and just try using more potatoes. best carb sources IMO, and i have paper that supports it. just dial in carbs now while bulking or recompositioning, and you'll find it i swear. i didnt think it would work for me until i got down to 5% natty. granted i was 180lbs then. but i can bulk and cut with carbs and i progress in my lifts throughout. switching up the routine is the key to continual progress in the gym.

i feel the same about most women i've been in contact with lately. it's not you by the way. most people are all the same. want to drain you (energy and time) and want it all in return. piss on those folks. a good guy will actually make YOU feel better than you think you are.

its your own body...
when u get lean your body finds it easier to stay or at least return to that point. try cutting down to below 7%. with gear or not, shoulsn't matter. and after you stay there for a few weeks, your body will easily stay around that size and return to it when needed.

Thanks Nova, I mean I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to performance nutrition but for me mentally I feel more comfortable when someone is looking in on my situation to ensure that I meet my potential and that I'm doing it all 100%.

if you are around or under 15%, it shouldn't take you as long at all. above that, you're reversing the learning. your body assumes it is a homeostatic place (the bodyfat) so it will instinctively try and hold on a lil. leaner, will do just the opposite.
